



Warranty:
JohnnysBoxes.com warranty the items to be of new condition as represented online at the time of purchase and shipment.
All boxes are free of defects before being shipped. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping email confirmation with the UPS tracking number of your shipment. I want to make your shopping experience on our site to be one of satisfaction to you. We will ship box from stock within 1 to 2 business days of order.
In the event that we needs to build the box first, it will take two weeks to build - you will be notified by e-mail of the day your order is to be shipped, then again when it is actually shipped.
Return Requests:
You may return your purchase for ANY reason if not completely satisfied within 30 days. Please email all return requests and include your order number to: johnny@johnnysboxes.com . Return shipping to be paid by purchaser and shipping fees are non refundable. When you return packages, please return insured UPS for your protection.
Shipping Damage:
We insure packages using UPS's insurance during shipment. If your order was damaged in shipment, please notify us within twenty four hours of receipt in order for UPS to accept the insurance claim. For items being replaced because of defect or damage in shipping, JohnnysBoxes will pay return shipping cost. Retain all original packaging material for insurance coverage. New product will be sent upon receipt of damaged product.
Items shipped outside the United States may be subject to duties or customs fees. These charges must be paid by purchaser at the time of receipt. Shipping time cannot be guaranteed due to customs. For any item shipped internationally and damaged, purchaser agrees to pay all costs (including duties and customs fees) for return shipping to
