Instruction Manual for making Rectangular Boxes

This manual is 95 pages, 75 digital color photos covering the 45 steps for building one of the rectangular checkered boxes with the curved edges.

You will need Adobe Acrobat reader (Click HERE to get the ACROBAT READER - it is free from Adobe)

To follow the easy steps and build one of these beautiful curved sided checkered boxes, you will need the following tools:

1. Table saw

2. 4X36-inch bench sander w/minimum belts of 36, 60, 120 grit

3. Router table with 1/2 or 3/4 inch bit or DADO Blade for table saw

4. 6-inch ruler

5. Bar Clamps (At least 4-6)

6. Wood glue

7. Finishing material - (sanding sealer, varnish, 400 grit sand paper)

Orbital Sander - nice if you have one or can borrow one>/p>
